Yes - we are currently welcoming new patients of all ages. We'd love to be your dental home in Fredericton. You can request an appointment online or call our office directly to get started. We recommend booking a comprehensive examination as your first visit so we can get a complete picture of your oral health and discuss any concerns you may have.
Please bring your dental insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical history, including a list of current medications, known allergies, and any medical conditions your dentist should be aware of. If you have recent dental X-rays from a previous provider, bringing those along can help us avoid unnecessary duplication. Arriving 10–15 minutes early to complete your new patient paperwork is appreciated.
Transferring your records is straightforward. Simply let us know the name and contact details of your previous dental practice, and with your signature, we'll handle the request on your behalf. Alternatively, you can contact your previous dentist directly and ask them to forward your records, X-rays, and treatment history to our office. Most practices are happy to do this, and it helps us provide continuity of care from your very first visit.

Yes, we accept most major dental insurance plans. We are happy to submit claims directly to your insurer on your behalf as a courtesy. Our front desk team is also happy to help you understand your benefits, just ask.
We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac debit. Payment is due at the time of service for any portion not covered by insurance. If you have concerns about the cost of treatment, please speak with our team , we are committed to helping you access the care you need and can discuss your options.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting. Treatments & Care

For most patients, we recommend a check-up and professional cleaning every six months. However, the ideal frequency varies depending on your individual oral health. Patients with a history of gum disease, a higher risk of decay, or certain medical conditions may benefit from more frequent visits - every three to four months. Your dentist will recommend a schedule tailored to your specific needs at your examination.
Absolutely. Dental anxiety is very common, and we take it seriously. Our entire team is trained to work with nervous patients in a calm, patient, and non-judgmental way. We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation for mild to moderate anxiety, and oral sedation for patients who require deeper relaxation. Please let us know about your anxiety when you book - even a brief conversation beforehand can make a significant difference to your experience.
We recommend bringing your child for their first dental visit around their first birthday, or within six months of their first tooth appearing, whichever comes first. Early visits allow us to monitor your child's dental development, provide guidance on teething, diet, oral hygiene habits, and help your child become comfortable in the dental environment before any treatment is needed. Starting early sets the foundation for a lifetime of good oral health.
Yes. For current patients, we will do our best to see you on the same day you call. Common dental emergencies include severe toothache, a knocked-out or broken tooth, a lost filling or crown, a dental abscess, or significant swelling. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office immediately. If it is after hours, our voicemail message will provide guidance on how to reach us or what steps to take while you wait.
